个人简介Biography

张亦舒博士,浙江大学杭州国际科创中心/集成电路学院“科创百人计划”研究员、博士生导师。主要研究方向是基于新型存储器件(RRAM和FeRAM)实现的存算一体和神经形态计算芯片。2021年底加入浙江大学杭州国际科创中心,负责后摩尔忆阻器实验室的建设。入选浙江省海外高层次青年人才。近年来在相关领域发表学术论文50余篇,包括Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、IEEE TED等。主持国家自然科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金重大项目等多项国家及省部级科研项目。

Dr. Yishu Zhang is a "ZJU-ZCG" Fellow and Ph.D. Advisor at the Hangzhou Global Scientific and Technological Innovation Center / School of Integrated Circuits, Zhejiang University. Her research mainly focuses on In-Memory Computing (IMC) and neuromorphic computing chips based on emerging non-volatile memory devices (RRAM & FeRAM). She joined Zhejiang University at the end of 2021 and is currently leading the Post-Moore Memristor Lab. She has been selected for the Zhejiang Provincial Overseas High-Level Young Talents Program. In recent years, she has published over 50 academic papers in prestigious journals and conferences, including Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, IEEE TED, etc. She has also served as the Principal Investigator (PI) for several national and provincial projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and Major Project of Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province.
